Shipping to other EU countries suspended until further notice

From 12 August 2026, Lokator100 will no longer be able to deliver orders to addresses in other EU Member States.

New and country-specific packaging and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements involve separate registration, administration and compliance arrangements for individual destination countries. As an independent one-person business, we are currently unable to implement these requirements across the EU on a proportionate and reliable basis.

To ensure compliance with the applicable rules—and to avoid passing disproportionate fixed costs on to our customers—we have therefore suspended deliveries to EU addresses outside Germany until further notice.

Shipping within Germany and to non-EU countries remains available. Orders already confirmed before the effective date will be processed as agreed.

This restriction concerns the delivery destination, not the customer’s nationality or billing address. Orders with a delivery address in Germany or an available non-EU destination remain possible.

We will review the situation regularly, but we cannot currently provide a date for the resumption of EU shipping. Any changes will be published on this page.
