The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and other countries:

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 3,00 € per order.
From an order value of 50,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:
Europe (EU):
up to 1 kg = €10
over 1 kg up to 2 kg = €12
over 2 kg up to 4 kg = €14
over 4 kg up to 8 kg = €16
over 8 kg up to 12 kg = €18
over 12 kg up to 16 kg = €20
over 16 kg up to 20 kg = €22
Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom:
up to 1 kg = €12
over 1 kg up to 2 kg = €14
over 2 kg up to 4 kg = €16
over 4 kg up to 8 kg = €18
over 8 kg up to 12 kg = €20
over 12 kg up to 16 kg = €22
over 16 kg up to 20 kg = €24

USA:
up to 1 kg = €35
over 1 kg to 2 kg = €38

Australia, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea:
up to 0,5 kg = €15
over 0,5 kg up to 1 kg = €23

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 22 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
Packaging & Tracking
We pack books to arrive in the condition described: protected corners, rigid backing, paper cushioning, and a sturdy outer package. Heavier or collectible editions receive an extra layer of protection. Any defects are documented on the product page—packing doesn’t hide condition, it reduces transit risk.
Tracking is included for all services and is provided once the parcel is handed over to the carrier. During peak periods, transit times may extend.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
