Collection: Ghaaro

Ghaaro is a Spanish illustrator and comic artist whose distinctive visual language fuses surreal horror, decaying elegance, and biomechanical fantasy. Drawing inspiration from artists like Tsutomu Nihei and Suehiro Maruo, Ghaaro crafts visual narratives that oscillate between beauty and grotesque, structure and collapse. His debut graphic novel Parasite Moon Orchestra, published by Hollow Press in 2025, presents a decadent, dreamlike world rendered in stark black-and-white, where bodies become instruments and nightmares take shape. Ghaaro’s work is characterized by detailed linework, dense compositions, and a poetic sensibility that defies traditional storytelling. His visual universe expands the boundaries of underground manga and avant-garde comics.
