Hospital Train (3rd edition) by Daisuke Ichiba is a surreal comic that confronts the visceral tension between beauty and brutality. Printed in a limited English edition of 350 copies by Hollow Press, this 32-page A4 publication features black-and-white digital illustrations, a full-color cover, and a stapled binding. Ichiba’s style merges chaos, absurdity, and emotional disarray into a coherent expression of the human condition. Originally released in July 2024, this third printing continues the artist’s uncompromising vision. English translation by Juan Scassa.

We pack books to arrive in the condition described: protected corners, rigid backing, paper cushioning, and a sturdy outer package.
