About the Book
The pocket format is not incidental. At 16 × 19.7 cm, the book sits in the hand like a reference object rather than a gallery publication. Pages carry the illusion of a functioning system: inventories of threats, implied geographies, histories embedded in layout rather than stated directly. The recurring line — "Thy flesh doth not belong to thee." — sets a register in which identity reads more like equipment than interiority.
Compared to the first volume, Vermis II is larger in page count and denser in its navigational structure. It is built for repeated use. The fifth printing, issued March 2026, is offset printed in full colour with stitched binding — the same production standard maintained across the series.
