Bubzium – The Guidebook to Postapoland is a full-color Lore Game Book by Bartosz Zaskorski that reads like an official tour manual for a ruined, mutant world. Framed as the journey of a newborn mutant, Bubzium leads the reader through bizarre attractions, industrial wastelands and quiet pockets of horror that make up Postapoland. Each chapter combines short texts, maps and diagrams with dense drawings, creating the feeling of leafing through a tourist brochure from an alternate dimension.

Rather than explaining the rules of a game, Bubzium uses the Lore Game Book format to sketch a setting in fragments: bus routes across toxic plains, monuments to failed uprisings, improvised shrines and half-functioning infrastructure. Humour and bleakness sit side by side, as the mutant guide encounters strange inhabitants and witnesses the everyday cruelty of this weird-core realm. Printed in offset full color on heavy Magno usomano paper and bound as a 17 × 24 cm hardcover with UV spot and stitched binding, Bubzium – the guidebook to postapoland is both an art book and a system-agnostic toolkit for game tables, comics readers and worldbuilding obsessives.

About Bartosz Zaskorski

Bartosz Zaskorski is a Polish artist, writer and sound-maker whose work revolves around strange futures, rural horror and dead-end technologies. Moving between drawing, comics, audio pieces and game-related projects, he has developed the ongoing world of Postapoland: a parallel version of Poland rebuilt from scrap metal, folklore, internet debris and after-the-fact propaganda. Zines, records and books all feed into this universe, in which mutants, ghosts and exhausted infrastructure coexist.

With Bubzium – the guidebook to postapoland, Zaskorski turns Postapoland into a structured itinerary, using the Lore Game Book format to invite readers and players to treat his world as a place they can visit, inhabit and further corrupt.
